We are recruiting Ph.D. students for Fall 2026!

The Laboratory of Interfaces, Fracture, and Transport (LIFT), launching in January 2026 at NTU Singapore, is seeking two motivated Ph.D. students (with full scholarships) to join our group for the August 2026 intake!

Our research is highly interdisciplinary, exploring the exciting mechanics at the intersection of fluids, solids, soft matter, living systems, and applied mathematics through experiments and modeling.

We are looking for creative individuals eager to tackle fundamental questions in these areas.
